At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Z's Express Tanning Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Z's Express Tanning Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

We're So Sorry
We know that life sometimes gets in the way and sometimes we aren't able to keep appts. As long as your visit is after 24 hours of your tanning session, you're good! Just walk right in. The most you'll wait is 10 mins. We work fast to clean booths and beds as people exit so you have a minimal wait!

VersaSpa Pro: We do recommend making appts to secure your spot and have a clean booth waiting upon your arrival.
It's a bugger booth so it takes us a bit to throughly clean the entire booth!
All tanning packages are non refundable / non negotiable/ non transferable.
In this case, if you are on edge, we ask you do a single visit and see how you like it!
All tanning lotions and accessories are non returnable once they are used or taken off premises.
We take pride in having a huge selection of lotion bottle and little packets- that being said- try a packet before you commit to a bottle to ensure that's the right lotion for you!
